Prestige Marketing & Associates is a brand-new company, but our associates are not brand new to the photography or design industry.  Our goal is to create a better and more affordable option in an industry we are all familiar with.  The core team at Prestige marketing have a combined 100+ years of experience in their related fields.

MEET OUR CORE MANAGEMENT TEAM

KAREN MILLS-RICE Co-owner

Karen brings decades of professional experience in management, customer service, and marketing. She began her career in 1995 as a top-performing sales representative in the family photography industry, quickly establishing a reputation for excellence and leadership. Her background also includes serving as an office manager for a major realty company in Alabama, where she honed her organizational and administrative expertise. Today, Karen oversees customer service, accounting, and human resources, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company.

RUSTY RICE Marketing Director

Rusty is a seasoned professional with over four decades of experience in the photography industry. Since beginning his career in 1983, he has served as National Marketing and Sales Director and co-owner for four photography-related companies. Throughout his career, he has overseen projects that have placed more than 1.5 million people in front of the camera, contributing to the creation of countless lasting memories. Today, Rusty focuses on business development, client relations, and expanding the reach of the company’s photography services.

JILL ROGERS Art Director

Jill holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and brings over 15 years of professional experience in design and photography. Her expertise spans pre-press production for offset and flexographic printing, marketing, and web design. For the past eight years, she has specialized in creating yearbooks, church directories, annual reports, marketing campaigns, and websites for a national photography company serving first responders. Jill currently leads the design department and serves as the company’s webmaster, overseeing all aspects of visual and digital design.

CHEILA DURAZO Co-owner

Cheila is an accomplished professional photographer with extensive experience specializing in portraits of first responders and their families. She played a key role in developing Desert Phantom Photography, a company dedicated to serving the photographic needs of first responders. In addition to her work behind the camera, Cheila manages and trains the photography department, sharing her expertise to ensure the team consistently delivers exceptional quality and service.

JOHN CONNER National Sales Director

John is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in sales management, training, and entrepreneurship. For the past several years, he has served as National Sales and Training Director for a photography-focused company, where he developed and implemented successful sales and training programs. As co-founder of Desert Phantom Photography, John played a key role in building the company into a thriving and innovative enterprise, now an integral part of Prestige Marketing & Associates, Inc. He currently oversees the training and management of all field sales staff, ensuring consistent excellence and performance across the organization.

CHRISTOPHER TUCKER IT Director

Chris holds a degree in computer programming and has accumulated decades of experience in software development and systems management. As the lead developer at Prestige, he designs, codes, and maintains all proprietary software that powers the company’s operations. His expertise ensures that complex workflows, data management, and internal processes run smoothly, supporting both day-to-day functions and long-term scalability. Chris is also instrumental in integrating new technologies and optimizing systems, enabling Prestige to adapt efficiently to growth and industry demands. His behind-the-scenes work keeps the company technologically robust, reliable, and ahead of the curve in operational efficiency.
